1. Who can file
You can ask us to remove content if you own it, or if it uses your voice or a performance of yours without your permission โ for example a trained voice model built from your recordings, or audio made with it.
2. What to send
Write to legal@example.invalid with the subject line Takedown, and include:
- the content or voice you are asking us to remove โ a link, a project name, or the profile name;
- how you are connected to it: what you own, or that the voice is yours;
- your name and an address we can reply to;
- a statement that the information you have given is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act for them.
If you have a specific legal process in mind, say so and we will work with it rather than asking you to fit our form.
3. What happens next
We acknowledge a takedown within 48 hours. We then restrict the content while we look at it โ the quickest form of protection is to take it out of reach โ and tell the account holder what was removed and why, so they can respond.
Where the account holder has a licence or permission we can verify, the content may be restored; otherwise it stays removed and the account may be closed.
4. Voice models specifically
A voice profile is removed by deleting its dataset recordings and model weights. If the account holder does not act, we delete them ourselves once we have determined the claim.
