1. What this service is
Karaoke & MV Studio converts songs into karaoke tracks, separates audio stems, times lyrics, generates storyboard images, and — where you provide a voice you are entitled to use — converts a vocal to that voice.
2. Your account
Access is by invitation during the beta. You are responsible for keeping your access token private; anyone who has it can act as you. Tell us at legal@example.invalid if you believe your token has been exposed and we will issue a new one.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the audio, lyrics and images you upload. You give us only the permission needed to store that content, process it with the providers named in our Privacy Policy, and return the results to you.
You must have the right to upload what you upload. In particular, uploading a recording of somebody else's voice to train a model is permitted only with that person's written permission — see the Voice Data & Consent Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate a real person without their consent, to create content that deceives people about who is speaking, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout page and never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for.
6. Provider outages and quotas
Paid stages call third-party providers. Work can fail while a provider is down, and each plan carries monthly and daily limits; we will tell you which limit you reached when a request is refused.
7. Ending your use
You can delete a voice profile at any time, which removes the dataset and the model weights. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at legal@example.invalid.
8. Changes and liability
We may change these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect. The service is provided as-is during the beta, without warranties beyond those the law requires. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
